• Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only): Experience the fastest service in the city. Place your order before 10:00 AM to receive your Shilajeet the very same day.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 10:00 AM are processed immediately and typically delivered the next working day across the UAE.
• 7-Day Service: We are dedicated to your wellness journey, delivering 7 days a week (excluding public holidays).
• Remote Areas: While we deliver to all 7 Emirates, please note that certain remote locations may require an additional 24–48 hours for processing.

💰 Delivery Charges

• Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: AED 20 shipping fee for orders under AED 200. Free Delivery on orders over AED 200.
• Abu Dhabi, RAK, UAQ & Fujairah: AED 30 shipping fee for orders under AED 200. Free Delivery on orders over AED 200.
• Refund Policy: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

📦 Shipping Terms & Conditions

• Age Verification: In compliance with local regulations, you must be 18 years or older to purchase. A valid Emirates ID or Passport must be presented to the courier upon delivery. Orders that do not meet age requirements will be canceled.
• Receiving Your Package: We do not utilize "Signature Required" shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a recipient is available at the provided address.
• Address Accuracy: To ensure secure and timely delivery, we only ship to the address confirmed at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
• Damaged Items: Your satisfaction is our priority. Please report any items damaged during transit within 2 days of receipt for a resolution.
• Pre-Orders: For products marked as "Pre-Order," please refer to the specific delivery dates listed on the product page.

💳 Order & Payment Confirmation

2. Order Fulfillment: Once your Shilajit is ready for dispatch, you will be notified via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
3. Courier Coordination: Our delivery partner will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone to confirm your exact coordinates and coordinate Cash or Card on Delivery.
